A rebuttal to the DNP is set for Aug 3, by Wendy Vogel.

AANP affiliation--Membership has been mailed, an email confirmation/receipt received. More information will be presented when the membership packet arrives.

Fall Conference: Date Friday, Oct 27th  8am-4pm at Bristol Motor Speedway. Members can attend for a  $10 fee. Other non-members can attend for $50, or can join NETNPA for $35 and get conference attendance as a promotion. Tour of the BMS facility is an extra $5 and well worth it. We will have online registration set up for your convenience.  This is a great bargain! Mark your calendars. Invite your friends. We are still working on TNA approval for CEUs, if approved this conference will be worth 7.75.

New Business

Reminder: TNA annual convention, October 13-15, 2006 at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs in Franklin, TN.  For more information go to www.tnaonline.org.

Nominations:

Per or bylaws, if an office is vacated, a special election will be held to fill the position. Tracy Luther has graciously agreed to be nominated for Secretary due to the resignation of Tracey Hensley.

Nominations accepted from the floor, vote taken and Tracy's nomination confirmed. She will take over as Secretary for NETNPA in September.

Nominations for Vice president: Kay Bone

Treasurer: Jonna Hobbs and Paula Countiss

Ballot will be emailed to members for vote

TNA awards: deadline for nominations is late August. Please check website for more information.
